Property – Legal Assistant

This is a full-time role for a Legal Assistant in our Property Team. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks related to conveyancing, leasing and all legal administrative duties.

You will be communicating and interacting with our long-term clients.  There is great potential to move up in the firm in due course and your career will thrive here. You will enjoy a great environment conducive to learning and development.  This role may also suit a law student.

Qualifications
  • Ideally at least 1-2 years experience in a legal office
  • Strong Microsoft Skills
  • Exposure to PEXA and LEAP Legal Software would be advantageous
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and organised with strong time management skills
Para-Legal – Wills & Estates 

This is a full-time role for an experienced Wills & Estates Para-Legal.  You will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks related to wills, power of attorney, estate asset distribution and probate matters.

You will be interacting with our long-term clients and also participate in marketing strategies for growth within the section.

You will enjoy a great environment conducive to professional learning and development and an attractive and competitive salary package.

Qualifications
  • Ideally at least 5 years experience in Wills and Estates within a Law Firm
  • Advanced Skill level with Microsoft Applications including Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Experience with LEAP Legal Software and DOR would be advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and organised with strong time management skills
  • Excellent Client Service skills
Lawyer – Wills & Estates

This is a full-time role for a Wills & Estates Lawyer. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks related to wills, testamentary trusts, power of attorney, estate planning, asset distribution and probate matters. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting legal documents and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will be interacting with our long-term clients and also participate in marketing strategies for growth within the section.

Qualifications
  • Ideally at least 5 years PAE experience in Wills and Estates
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
